Shipping Policies For International Orders

1. Shipping Timeframe

Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, we will prepare and ship the item(s) within 4 days from the date the order is confirmed. Please note that this timeframe does not include international transit time, which depends on the shipping carrier and the destination country.

2. If a Defect Is Found Before Shipping

If, during order preparation, we discover that an item ordered has a defect or is not in suitable condition to be shipped, we will take the following steps:

1.    Notify the customer of the issue via the email address used for the order, and recommend exchanging the item for an alternative product.

2.    Send a follow-up email at least 2 times to give the customer the opportunity to respond and select a replacement item.

3.    If the customer does not respond within 4 days of the first email being sent, we reserve the right to replace the ordered item with one that is:

•      The same brand

•      The same type/model

•      The same price as the original item ordered

•      Different only in color or pattern, so that the order can be shipped within the stated timeframe.

3. Shipping Methods

By default, we ship all orders via Thailand Post. However, customers may select their preferred shipping method during the checkout process.
Delivery timeframes vary depending on the shipping method selected. Please note that occasional delays beyond the estimated timeframe may occur.
